I am a qualified counsellor with 20 years of experience in the health sector supporting those coping with infertility and pregnancy loss. I understand the difficulties people face when loss goes unrecognised by others and the need for a place to share your story with someone who has experience and knowledge of these hidden losses.
I offer grief and loss counselling for those experiencing infertility at any point in their journey, those who have had a pregnancy loss at any stage during the pregnancy and those whose babies have died.
I am committed to providing a comfortable and safe place for women and men to talk about their loss, to have a better understanding of their thoughts and feelings and a place to heal. I offer both short and long term counselling, whatever the need may be.
I have a gentle and relational approach, supporting people through their experience and working together to find ways of coping and building new skills and resilience.
I have contracts with some EAP services (employment assistance program) and PHO (Primary Health Organisation)
